Candidates who passed the qualifying exam at a university that is not mentioned on the KEA list. Candidates who graduated from the Karnataka State Open University would also be ineligible to take the KCET 2023. Candidates who will take the qualifying exam in 2023 and whose results are pending are also eligible to apply, but they will not be granted permission to take the exam if they do not pass the qualifying exam with the required pass percentage of marks.
